Mr. Pribish has served as lead counsel and has litigated cases successfully in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals throughout the U.S., including New Jersey, New York, Louisiana, Texas, Massachusetts, Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, and California.

John J. Pribish has over 30 years of actual trial experience with both jury and bench trials and concentrates his practice on:

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pribish served as assistant prosecutor, deputy attorney general, chief trial counsel, and supervising assistant prosecutor in charge of special prosecutions at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

A five-week environmental cost recovery case that resulted in a substantial judgment in favor of the client against a major oil company.

A Massachusetts waste management company in a three-week federal jury trial, resulting in an antitrust verdict.

A medical transcription company in an investigation of fraudulent billing and possible debarment initiated by the State of Louisiana.  Obtained preliminary injunction restraining State from proceeding with debarment, engaged in discovery and ultimately settled case with the State agreeing to dismiss debarment proceedings and allow award of contract to client.

The owner of a commercial warehouse indicted for conspiracy and embezzlement.  Charges were dismissed after a six-week jury trial.

A prominent residential real estate company in New York City in defense of a trade-secret matter that included conversion of a customer list.
